Tool · Recipe lookup

Recipe Finder

Select the ingredients you own; the finder shows the dishes you can make now and the ones missing only one or two ingredients — from your own recipe book.

How the finder works

XD has not published an official recipe list with ingredients and unlock rules, so a tool that “knew” every dish would be guessing. Instead, the finder works on your own recipe book: you record the recipes you have discovered — name, ingredients, optional sale value — and the tool matches them against the ingredients you own. Everything it returns comes from records you entered, so nothing is invented.

Why a personal recipe book

  • Your own records match your current game version exactly.
  • The tool can honestly say “you can make this now” only about data it actually has.
  • Missing ingredients are shown for recipes that are one or two steps away.

Community-reported dishes

The recipe database lists the dishes players search for most (mushroom pie, tomato soup, berry pie and more). These names are Community-reported · Unverified; the finder lets you add them to your book as stubs and fill in their ingredients from your own play.

Methodology & assumptions

A recipe counts as cookable only when every ingredient on its list is in your owned list. You control both lists.

If you enter a sale value for a dish, it is stored only as a note and never used to rank recipes, because profit comparisons would require ingredient prices that are not published. Compare values with what your game actually shows.

FAQ

FAQ

Common questions about this topic.

Why doesn't the finder know all Heartopia recipes?

Because XD has not published an official recipe list. A tool that returned every dish would have to invent ingredients and rules — this site does not do that.

Are the recipes I add stored online?

No. Your recipe book lives in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

Can I use dishes from the community list?

Yes — the tool can add them as stubs (Community-reported · Unverified). Add ingredients you confirmed in your own game.
