Sending gifts is part of Heartopia's warm social gameplay. Here is what is confirmed and what is still unverified.
Gifting fits the official description of Heartopia: “create unique memories, hang out with old friends, and meet new friends”. Players frequently search for sending gifts to friends, posting gifts (postcards) and pet food preferences.

- Pets are adoptable: cats and dogs with different colors and personalities (official Steam description).
NPC gifts
NPC gift favourites are a frequent player search, but XD has not published a gift-preferences table for any resident. The character database lists community-reported resident names; treat any third-party “best gifts for X” chart as Community-reported · Unverified and check in-game reactions.

- For pets, observe which food your cat or dog reacts to in-game — reactions are the only reliable current source.
- Treat any third-party “best gifts” table as Unverified until official data exists.
