There are no official Heartopia redeem codes confirmed from XD's channels right now. Community reports sometimes mention seasonal events, launch rewards, and Sanrio collaboration searches, but we do not treat those as active official codes without Tier-1 confirmation. We do not publish a code list copied from other websites, because those lists regularly mix expired codes with unverified ones.
How to redeem codes
XD has not published the exact redemption screen path. The general flow below is consistent with the standard in-game process and will be updated with confirmed details as soon as we can verify them:
- Open Heartopia and log in with the account you play on (Steam or mobile).
- Look for the redemption entry in the game's settings or event/activity screen — the exact menu name is shown in your game's UI language.
- Enter the code exactly as written (codes are case-sensitive), then confirm.
- Claim the reward from your mailbox or the same rewards screen.
